Must be planning to pursue a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems or select business programs such as finance, marketing, or business administration. Must possess a demonstrable passion for technology, demonstrate leadership and have a GPA of 3.3 or higher. You must also require financial assistance to attend the school.
5 Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship & Excellence in Education Program Scholarship 01/27/2019 250 15,000 Each scholarship covers eligible expenses for undergraduate tuition, fees, books, and room and board, up to a maximum of $7,500 annually. Scholarship monies not used during one academic year are not transferable to the succeeding academic year. Junior-level scholarship recipients are eligible for a maximum of two years (four semesters) of scholarship support, and senior-level scholarship recipients are eligible for a maximum of one year (two semesters) of scholarship support. 1. 11 DSF GERI WOLFF SCHOLARSHIP Scholarship 12/31/2019 N/A 2,000 The Digital Signage Federation established in 2014 the Geri Wolff Scholarship Fund and will contribute $2000 in 2018 for a young woman who is committed to majoring in computer sciences as a way in which to interest them in choosing a career in the digital signage industry. Applicants must be:

Enrolled full time in an accredited college or university with a declared major in computer sciences, digital design and other digital signage related fields, committed to graduation and currently in their junior or senior year.
Students in good standing with a minimum 3.0 cumulative overall GPA (on a 4.0 scale) and be enrolled full time at time of application. Consideration will be given to applicants with exemplary credentials and commendable work ethic.
The award is intended to be applied solely for academic purposes and will be sent directly to the accredited U.S. or Canadian college, university or technical school where the recipient is doing his or her undergraduate work.
Application must be accompanied by two professional letters of recommendation, a current transcript and a statement of 500 works or less explaining the value and creativity the applicant will bring to the digital signage industry. They are also required to cite a technical or digital design accomplishment that demonstrates originality and innovative thinking within their major that can translate to this sector. A personal video recording that addresses the judging committee directly is optional and recommended.
Scholarship recipient selection(s) will be made without regard to race, age, religion, political beliefs, employment status, or any other factor which could constitute unfair or illegal discrimination.
12 Heinlein Society Scholarship Scholarship 05/15/2019 3 1,500 The “Virginia Heinlein Memorial Scholarship” is dedicated to a female candidate majoring in engineering, math, or biological or physical sciences 1.
